These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and rjbett (hereinafter referred to as "rjbett", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online sports betting, live casino, and gaming services available at rjbett.cam (the "Website") and any associated mobile applications or digital platforms operated by rjbett.

In order to register an Account and use rjbett's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rjbett strictly prohibits access by any individual under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Residency and Jurisdiction: You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the services. It is your responsibility — not rjbett's — to verify this before registering.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (whether under the same or different identities) is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. rjbett reserves the right to suspend accounts where registration details are found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You confirm that you are not subject to any sanctions lists or operating in a restricted territory that would prevent you from lawfully transacting with rjbett.

To access rjbett's services, you are required to complete the account registration process by providing a valid email address, a username, a secure password, and any other information reasonably requested by rjbett at the time of registration or thereafter.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify rjbett immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

• rjbett will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• rjbett is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access arising from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all Accounts. Players who enable 2FA benefit from an additional layer of security for every login session.
• rjbett reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that shows signs of compromise or suspicious activity, pending investigation and verification.

rjbett is committed to maintaining a responsible and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process which may require Players to submit identity and address verification documents prior to processing withdrawal requests, at specific deposit thresholds, or at any other time rjbett reasonably deems necessary.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to: Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill or bank statement dated within three months confirming your residential address, and — where applicable — documentation confirming the source of your deposited funds.

• All submitted KYC documents must be clear, unaltered, and currently valid.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 1–2 business days of submission of satisfactory documentation.
• rjbett reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending completion of the KYC process.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time period may result in Account restriction or closure in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.

rjbett supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our players. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT (TRC20 network).

Deposits: All deposits are credited to the Player's Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times are as follows: e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) — typically instant; FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — 15 to 30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation. rjbett does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party charges from your bank or e-wallet provider may apply.

Withdrawals: Players may request withdrawals of their Account Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Player VIP tier.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to the Account, or to a verified bank account held in the Player's own name.
• Withdrawal requests for Accounts with active or incomplete Bonus wagering requirements may be held pending fulfilment of the applicable requirement.
• rjbett reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above RM 10,000 or where activity patterns indicate unusual transactions.
• Verified Account withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallets are typically processed within 3–10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

rjbett may offer Players various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, VIP rewards, referral bonuses, and seasonal offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on rjbett is 10x the bonus amount. Bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal only upon full satisfaction of the wagering requirement.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets may contribute at varying rates. Full contribution breakdowns are published on the promotion detail pages.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• One Bonus Per Person / Per Household: Welcome bonuses and other once-per-player promotions are limited to one per individual player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Evidence of abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and possible Account suspension.
• Bonus Abuse: rjbett employs risk management and pattern detection systems to identify bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and exploitation of promotional terms. rjbett reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and suspend Accounts where abuse is detected.
• rjbett's Discretion: rjbett reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any bonuses already credited and actively being wagered shall not be affected by any such cancellation.

All bets placed on the rjbett Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sportsbook sections of the Platform.

• Acceptance: A bet is accepted only upon receipt of confirmation from the rjbett system. Bets in "pending" or "unconfirmed" status are not binding until confirmed. rjbett reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are published within each betting market. rjbett may adjust these limits at any time. For VIP Players, higher stake limits may be available upon request to a dedicated account manager.
• Obvious Errors: Where odds or paylines are published due to a manifest error (including but not limited to a system glitch, data feed error, or pricing mistake), rjbett reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed at erroneous odds, even after the event has concluded. Players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Match Result Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a result, rjbett's decision — based on the information available from official data providers and/or governing bodies — shall be final and binding.
• In-Play Betting: All in-play bets are subject to delay and may be refused if the status of the event changes materially between placement and acceptance. Live betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to change without notice.
• Abandoned Events: If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, and does not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on the relevant market will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rjbett Platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance and pending winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information; impersonating another person; or using fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or pre-arranged sports wagers.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider. Any Account associated with a confirmed fraudulent chargeback will be permanently closed and the chargeback amount pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 21.

If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal difficulties, rjbett urges Players to make use of the responsible gambling tools available within their Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications after predetermined periods of continuous play (30, 60, or 90 minutes).
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During any self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and promotional communications will cease.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any part of the Content without prior written consent from rjbett.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use rjbett's name, brand, logo, or trademarks in any form of advertising, marketing, or commercial material without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of the Content shall constitute an infringement of rjbett's intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rjbett, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal payments attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Loss of Account data, Account access, or Account funds resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Decisions made by rjbett in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including Account suspension, bet voidance, and bonus forfeiture decisions.
• Your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics published on the Platform for purposes other than placing wagers.

rjbett's total cumulative liability to any individual Player under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

rjbett reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where any change is material, rjbett will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email, in-platform notification, or by publishing a prominent notice on the Website.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the rjbett Platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and rjbett, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt. For complaints that cannot be resolved through our internal process, further escalation procedures may be available as communicated by our support team.
